Horizon Fleet Service provides a comprehensive inspection and non-destructive testing service. The highly trained "Factory Authorized" technicians will perform an extensive examination of manlifts, digger derricks, truck mounted cranes and other utility equipment. This includes a visual and operational inspection, structural strength testing, dye penetrant and/or magnetic particle testing as required.

All tests, visual inspections, and operational inspections are performed per the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and standards, as applicable.

In addition, each inspection is followed by a detailed report listing the current condition of the equipment.
